Cancellation policy

Consumers worldwide have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, provided the legal requirements are met:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day,

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

This right of withdrawal applies to consumers within the European Union as well as internationally , insofar as it is applicable under the respective national consumer protection laws.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the deadline expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by you), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your cancellation notice.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for this refund.

We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

You must return the goods to us immediately, but no later than fourteen days after cancellation.
You will bear the direct costs of the return shipment unless otherwise agreed.

International returns may incur additional shipping, customs or import charges, which are the responsibility of the consumer.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • individually manufactured or personalized products.

  • Goods that are sealed for hygiene or health reasons and whose seal has been removed after delivery.

For digital content (e.g., digital photographs, downloads, or licensed files) that is not delivered on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

  • You have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

  • You have confirmed that you will lose your right of withdrawal as a result.

This applies in particular to digital content on our website Naturalsnapshots.com .
